Conditions of Use

Sales Policies;

All orders must be completed via the checkout system. Direct deposit is for Australian residents only. Any orders placed using this payment method by a non Australian resident will automically be canceled.

Please do not ask for items to be held as refusal may lead to offence

The following conditions apply to ALL purchases over $50 (unless I have it in stock already)

I am happy to source and order items for you (the customer), however for orders over $50 I will require full payment up front. This payment must be recieved before I place the orders with my suppliers. If you have any doubts or are unsure about this policy please feel free to contact me via the forums or email me; genki@genkidoridori.com

This is an unfortunate and regretable step in my business but believe it is necessary to continue and grow. This has been introduced due to previous "customers" ordering goods which I cannot return/exchange or resell and then dissappearing leaving me out of pocket. I hope this is understandable and thank you for you co-operation.

Once I have recieved your payment I will proceed with the order. Upon recieving your goods I will notify you the customer, after which the remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 working days of said notification. Once your payment has been finalised I will post your items

If you are unable to meet the above conditions please do not order any items above $50. Your payment will NOT be refunded for any reason.

If for some reason unable to complete the order due to items being unavailable I will be only to happy to refund your deposit!

For purchases that are to be paid via Direct Deposit (or personal orders to be paid via Paypal), payment is to be made within 5 days of the original time of checkout/invoice being issued. If payment is not received within this time the purchase will be cancelled and the items will be put back on sale. (if you have any problems please contact me, if no contact is made the assumption that you the customer, are no longer interested in purchasing said goods.
Unfortunately we do not hold items and all requests will be not be accepted.

Please note we at Genki DoriDori are not responsible for fees or actions taken by customs in your country. Please be aware of the laws of importing or buying from overseas. By purchasing from Genki DoriDori you agree to accept full responsibility for items affected by customs in your country.
We willprovide you with as much assistance as possible however we do not pay the fees incurred or offer refunds on confiscated items
